You need to check your facts before making excuses like you did to my last complaint about the wrong car being registered to the wrong person. You are 100% wrong. The WRONG car was in fact registered on my moms name.
I take this very seriously and something this serious should be checked before you write anything. What CMH Toyota did or shall we saiy did not do is illegal. We had to go through the proceedures to get the right car on her name. What is the excuse this time? No appologies nothing. Disgusting service. I expect an appology and a reason for you not checking before responding. How many other clients do you have that have the wrong car in their name? Most probably plenty, considering it was by flook that we noticed this massive problem.
