Was in the market for a new car, Pieter from Albarante BMW put me completely off, supposed to be sheer driving pleasure when looking at a BMW.
I find Alberante motors not up to scratch with it, as soon as a salesman hears a client's application is going to be too much work they don't bother in phoning the client back, communication lacks here, and this I refer to Pieter, why must the client keep on phoning for feedback, when we don't phone no feedback is given, not even a phone to ask have you mind up your mind.
In the beginning they full of promises, then they start backing off and you need to run after them, the client is KING, without the client no business BMW Alberante!
They very quick when the application is easy and can score them a quick deal, poor poor service!
