Audi South Africa
Car registration

I bought a brand new Audi Q3 on the floor at the same dealership on 12/Dec 2012 and took delivery of the car on 14 December 2012. i waited 2 months for the delivery of the registration papers until i started complaining because it was not the first time i bought a new car and i know how the process works.

End of Feb 2013 the sales man Jared Duplesis brought the disc at my work place already cut and fitted it to my car. when i checked the disc the expiry date was 31/10/2013 meaning that the car was registered 3 months before the actual sale date. i asked the salesman the copy of the registration paper where he cut the disc it was not provided till to date. i went to the branch manager to complain i was promissed that the matter will be resolved. I contacted the registration office i was told that the car was registered under somebody else name meaning that even if they were to reverse it i will be the second owner of the car. If i wanted a second hand car i would have gone to their pre-owned dealer. I am paying pre owned car for the price of the new car. the disc will expire at the end of the month still the matter has not been resolved

please help
