Hugo was extremely professional and polite in handling my query. It was extremely nice of him to notice that my birthday was coming and to wish me a Happy Birthday in advance. Really made my dayy!!! :-) Keep up the excellent work Hugo; I wish I could get through to you everytime I call the MiWay call centre.
