Frustrated, angry, Pathetic Service

Took in my car in18/06/2013for a check up, They called me on the afternoon on the 18 saying they needed to keep the car over night, to check something, i went on the afternoon on the 19th to pick up my car, only to know that they did a flush of the engine and anti freeze, i asked why did they keep the car for the night if they only did that, they did not have a answer for me, when i went to look at the car my cap on the front rim, was missing, i ask the service consultant were it was she said she did not know,
&they never took the rim out, (that was the first problem) after driving my car i started hearing noise i never heard before, my car sound like it was van or diesel, i called in they told me to bring in to check,
when the Tec checked he found lots of problems and he was shocked
that all these problems as they only did a engine flush and anti freeze.
but he said i need to book it in again, 20th i take in &now3days with out a car,
i asked to speak to the Service Manager, and for him to example also to lone me a car as i had meetings to go to, he had no answers to why after chatting, his words were want them to rebuild my whole car and i should take it to were i bought it from, Pathetic
