I bought a groupon voucher for a major service valued at R2000 for a full major service, water change to anti freeze, diagnostic, full valet inside and out with engine wash, 49 point check road check etc...
when the car came back my eyes almost popped out, the car was looking even worse then when i sent it in the morning... it was not washed outside, the inside was filthy then engine wasn't washed or even wiped, there was no anti freeze in the radiator as they where supposed to put, the car didn't have any kind of change in looks, smell, performance or anything... it was supposed to be a R2000 job but in my eyes i could of gave it to come side corner guys and paid then R100 for that... personally BOSCH car service center's are a very well known company maybe its just the service center in Wynberg but i was very disappointed and it was a pathetic job that they did, I would not recommend any one to take their car there ever... I called the owner of the center and as we where speaking my airtime cut, He did not even have the decency to call me back to explain what happened or anything as I wanted a refund or for the car to back to get done properly!!!
