Bad Service & Repairs-BMW Branch damaged my ca

12 July 13 stucked, car cautioned Battery Fault and Switched off while I was driving. Car towed to BMW Vaalridge Branch in Vereeniging for checking and repairing. On the 15 July I was told by Service Consultant that the nod/rod from camshaft was loose & that's why it showed Battery Fault because the car was not recharging itself & they are still busy stripping the engine to repair. Later I was told the car is repaired and been taken for road test & is in good condition and ready for collection. I got there @5pm & I was told I have to drive more than 200kms in order the engine to run well. After 40kms while driving the started to make a huge sound in the engine. I called Service consultant to report the matter and advised to me to bring it back. Following morning driving back the car switched off again and stucked.i called them & got towed to Branch.i have checked & told me that engine is locked. Later they told me that gear 6 and cylinder are damaged. I never had engine problem before taking my car to them. Now they are telling about the new engine. I know what they did to my car-engine. It didn't take me 3 hours and my car was dead again.whatever they did on my car-engine ..I need my car fixed
