Going the extra mile is such a clich? but Kia Centurion do just that; especially Annalise! I recently had back surgery and cannot and cannot sit or stand very long and driving is not recommended but my Kia had to go for its follow up service so I booked it in at Kia Centurion who I have been dealing with for the past few years. On arrival at Kia Centurion, I explained my predicament to Annalise who straight away arranged for my transport back home as well as collecting me in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle. I also asked that she phone me half an hour prior to collecting me so I could take my pain medication for the trip. That afternoon I received the call that my car was ready, but that they would drop the car off at my house so I needn't worry about the extra medication. I could also do an EFT for the service payment so there was no need to go through. This is what I call extra special service and would like to compliment and thank everyone at Kia Centurion. In a country where good service is so rare, you have earned 10 out of 10 and I will recommend you and your branch to anyone!! Thank you for renewing my trust in the service industry.
