After waiting for more than a month to get an appointment to fix a rear bumper-bashing, Elite Auto Body did a great job in fixing our vehicle. However, the replacement tow bar have not been delivered and we were asked to return the car to have it fitted.
Once we returned the car for the tow bar to be fixed, all the parts were not included and we were asked to bring the car back a third time! With little communication on their side and after some expression of extreme frustration and negative feedback to the insurance companies, Elite Autobody agreed to fit the tow bar, in addition to the re-alignment of the front headlamps and bumper at no cost.
They did a stellar job with the tow bar and fixing the front lights and bumper lining..
Thank you Elite Autobody for making up for the initial frustrations and lack of communication. You score high in my book!
