On the 2nd of April 2013 i went to Renault Nelspruit to buy a part (Master Cylinder) for my Renault Clio, they did not have it on stock and it was ordered, came on Friday the 5th of April 2013 and went to collect it the very same day. When attempting to fix the car I discovered that it was not the correct part that was damaged and i therefore returned it to them for a correct part today the 15th April 2013. But they refuse to exchange the part for the correct one which was lesser in price ( -R700). I had to buy it because I want to fix my car. I want my R2294.35 which they refuse to refund.
Please assist.
