I took my renault car to Renault at Fountain after I realised that the vehicle did not want to start and move and did not know what the fault was. I spoke to Wynand regarding the matter and was under the impression that I will solicit assistance from him and unfortunately he took me for a ride because I am a woman and single mother for that matter. He charged me R11000, 21 and the car is still not fixed and when I asked him why did you charge me so much because the car was not fixed and he said this is due to the components they bought to check what the problem was on the car. I mean for this is a day light roberry and I feel I am being taken for a ride here. I contested the price and he said he is willing to go down to R8330.00 . This is still too much for me considering the fact that I still need to take this car somewhere to be fixed. I suggested to apy at least R5000 and he said this will not happen. I should either take ut or leave it, the gentleman was also very rude to me and he did not even give me the chance to tell him why I contested the price to R5000 . Please intervene and assist as I will not afford the amount Renault is looking for.
