Incomplete repairs

After hitting a pothole my car was duly assessed (poorly) and called in for suspension damage repairs, having been back in six times since 24/01/2013, for further damaged part replacements, the car was still not right, I had my wheels professionally straightened and had wheel alignment redone where the alignment techi informed me that he could not align the front left wheel because the stub axle was bent, Guy from the panel shop told me that "all incompetent wheel alignment technicians say that" and it had been replaced and has the receipts (I don't recall that one being done) - but if so OK, but there is still a shake on the steering - what about the sideshaft then Guy/Brian? I doubt it was considered for checking. Furthermore, I had a few interactions with them about the left rear shockabsorber, the naked eye can see it is bent,
Please you guys, you are a professional service, I am not the one who has to be inconvenienced by having to numerously return to the workshop to point out everything to you all the time...
