My IX35i went in for accident damage on 30/04/2013, the car was only ready on 12/06/2013 after a lot of phone calls and threats. The car was handed to a technician and he got retrenched so the car stood in the corner of the shop gathering dust, so it gets handed to another technician and he also gets either fired or retrenched and then goes to a 3rd person who tries his best but was not good enough. When we eventually went to collect the car there was so much that had to be done we had to leave it there again. The next day this man phones me and says "We have found a few things we are not happy with, do you want to collect your car" I lost my cool and asked how in this world do you phone a customer and tell them you not happy but do they want to collect the car!!! Ronnies Motors Boyworks is the worlds worst I do not think there could be worse than them. Have a car stand there for 7 weeks and no-one in the business asks why is this car here still. Pathetic there are so many words one can use to describe them, but I would rather not.
