Hello OfficerJAS,
Currently we are experiencing a back log with our pay outs. The reason for the delay in pay outs is the fact that the demand (volume of loan application received and approved) currently exceeds our supply (money available to lend out).
I do see that your term of your loan is a 4 month term and our 1 and 4 month loans are getting priority when it comes to pay out. Therefore when pay out resumes, this will be paid out before the 6 month terms.
Still we can not provide an exact date of pay out as we are not sure how many loans per day will be paid.
Thanks also for your suggestion that we must not approve the loans if we are not sure that it will be paid in a reasonable time. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused.
