After posting a complaint I was promptly contacted via Shaun from consumer services. He had resolved the issue with the store owner. Today I was at the store to collect my refund. The owner Enrique was very helpful and apologized for the misunderstanding. Well done to Goldwagen for such a speedy response and keeping the client happy. I will definitely still be supporting the store in future.
