I bought a used vehicle from Reeds /- 3 1/2 months agao, in the first month I spoke to the sales person advising him about a noise I heard from the front wheels, I think I had them check it thrice or I took it to the branch and they assured me that it was nothing and the brakes is fine. Last night I took it to a qualified mechanic and without taking off my wheel, showed me the brakes are shot. So this morning I called the dealer principal and all he said you covered quite a bit of mileage and brakes wear and tare, even though after I took delivery of the vehicle within the first month I made note of this noise but his response he will check the job cards and come back to me. My issue is since I took delivery of the vehicle they had to replace a corroded water pipe, replace the wiper blades and ask the sales person to run a full scan which I now feel was never done. So this G2 certification is it really done or is it just another sticker.
I hope that this matter can be resolved or I will have to escalate this matter cause this has cause so much distrust within a reputable company.
