Shocking Customer Service and follow up

When booking service on line, they said I will be contacted. Waited no contact. Called again a few days later to find that my service had not been booked. Told them that my radio sound goes off when I put my foot on the breaks or when I use my indicator. Came with from service doing the same thing. When I was phoned to ask what I thought of the service, I told them that I am experiencing the same problems and they said the would come back to me. No such luck. Phoned them a week or so later. Told to bring the car in. Kept the car over night. Got it back - STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. When phoned to ask what I thought of their service, I told Karen that I was experiencing the same problems, she said she would speak to the Service Manager. A week later and I'm still waiting and the sound of the radio still goes off when I apply breaks or use the indicators AND my headlights and cockpit lights flicker when the car idles. SHODDY WORK KIA!!
