My wife's car, a Renault Clio, was sent to Autoworks for a major service.
We have asked them to do a service and give extra attention to the brakes and drive belts.
First the car got damaged during the test drive after the service, apparently one of the belts that they replaces come off. It took them a month to try and fix this issue.
Secondly. after we asked them to check the brakes we were told that the brakes is still in a good condition.
This was not the case! Seeing that I was out of country, my wife had to take the vehicle to another mechanic that changed the brakes seeing that they were worn to the metal! Apart from the brakes, the engine was moved when Autoworks "mechanic's" worked on the car and did not align all the parts when the "fixed" the car.
Now I need to pay an addition /- R5000 to get the car fixed after Autoworks has "serviced" the it...
Again I lost confidence in a highly recommended company!
