Toyota
Service at Toyota Parktown

I had booked my 2012 Toyota Yaris into Imperial Toyota Parktown for it's first 15000km service on 10 April 2013. I received my car and all seemed intact. On Sunday, 14 April 2013, I visited my local petrol garage to fill my tank. This being my first visit since my service. Due to force of habit I asked the petrol attendent Emmanual to fill my tank as well as check oil and water. When Emmanual opened my bonnet he asked me to please step out and observe what he had found. My engen oil cap was left below my windsreen and the oil had messed all on my engen, my bonnet as well as what seemed to have soaked my plugs. I have taken pictures of the inncident as the attendent had to then wipe as much of the spilt oil as possible. Being a young female and this being both my first car as well as service I am horrified as to what could of happen if I did not check my oil. A ceratin level of service and caution is expected when we as clients leave our cars in the dealerships hands, specifically service wise. Anything could of happened putting myself at risk as well as damage to my car at my expense due to Toyota's negligence.
One then questions Toyota's poilcy with regards to service.
