I recently bought a promotional combo at the Sasol petrol station in Lavender Road Pretoria and received a ticket to enter the competition for the Beats by Dr Dre earphones. The ticket indicated that the terms and conditions can be found on [URL Removed] but I was unable to locate any such terms and conditions on the website. On 14 May I received a sms from Sasol informing me that I have won and that my prize can be collected at Sasol Pulane. As I did not know where this petrol station is, I sent and sms to the number provided but did not get any response. I then went back to the Sasol in Lavender Road and the manager there was very helpful. He found the number of the Pulane petrol station for me (011 860 4099) and I spoke to someone by the name of Ntebala (not sure of spelling) who was very rude over the telephone. I was informed by her that I had to drive to Katlehong to claim my prize as this is where it is kept and Sasol will not send it to my nearest petrol station or the one where I entered the competition. How is this fair? I will now forfeit my prize as I will not be able to fetch it in Katlehong. Why launch a competition if you are not prepared to deliver the prize?
