Because i am blacklisted i had no other option than buying a vehicle on a rent to own option. This was last year September, I went and have a look at a Ford Ranger 1800. The saleslady Thato told me it was a 2007 model. I had to pay a deposit of R 20 000, 00 BEFORE I could take the vehicle.when I went to sign the contract (I was videotaped like a criminal) I saw on the contract that it was a 2005.She said she made a mistake.unhappy about that, wanted to change it for other bakkie but also 2005.broke down next to road on 28 March 2013, cambelt. Phoned Mahomed, very rude told me it was my problem. R4000, 00 later. The battery giving problems, battery centre said it is old and only suitable for 1400.also unhappy about money taken from my account any time from 25th. December they took it on 24th. Asked many times if we could move dates but with no help at all.vehicle dead since weekend and I have told them to collect. Thato rude, said it was my choice. No response since yesterday and I am going to loose my deposit a well. Dont want it any longer, costing me a fortune. What can I do to at least get my deposit back. It definitely wasnt serviced and is costing me a fortune. Feels they sold me scrap.
