To whom it may concern.
My Ford Ranger 2012 model broke down last year the 5th of November 2012 on 18000 km. My electrical harness clips broke and caused the harness to fall onto the Fan of the Ranger. It resulted in a lot of problems.
Its now March 2013 and still haven't received a conclusion from Ford SA. All they can say is that sorry you should accept that the Ranger is broken because our supplier doesn't manufacture the harnesses any more?
I really need some help with this issue.
I've contacted Ford SA customer care a million times and all they say is sorry we cannot help you!!
So what does Ford SA expect me to do now???
Accept that I have a broken Ford Ranger 2012 model??
