Car I hired recieved damage when I was driving it.
There were 3 small bumps and a scraped front fender.
The amount charged for repair was an excessive R 10 000 -R9099 to be exact.
The response when I queried it from Jolene Barnes was to send me the quotation for repairs.
Further efforts to get someone to look into the damage costs were unheeded and emails to Sapto and Ryland returned with an "out of office" automatic response email.
I spoke to Garief Ryland at the C T airport on my return to JHB and was promised by him, verbally, a full enquiry. No further effort has been made or reported.
Please look into this - bad attitude, overcharging and lack of assistance.
