After having hired a car in Feb/March I returned it and received no correspondence on any additional amounts owed whatsoever from Avis. Out of the blue I get an sms from Creditworx who say that I should contact them and pay the amount owing yet they cannot tell me what it is for at all. They say that is another department.
Three calls later to Creditworx and they are still returning my call to clarify. Why is this handed over to Creditworx at all in the first place without any correspondence with me whatsoever? One phone call or email stating a valid reason and the amount and it would have been paid. If this is impacting my credit rating unnecessarily it would be atrocious.
