Charged almost R2000 for just spark-plugs after refusing replacements more expensive components that where not the problem on the car, in the first place. Did unauthorized irrelevant extra tests just to shoot up the bill.

Any layman knows that first thing to check on a misfiring car is the spark plugs but seems this Leroi missed that? And had to charge me almost R2000 for just replacing spark plugs, Please??? Midrand benz dealer customers are not suppose compensate for incompetence of workers!!!
