There is still nothing what the is going on where is the part. From where we had delivery on the 17 May 2013 to shipment delayed and now you are telling me that you don't know even if there is a part in Europe. Do you know what is going on and why is it taking so long t???

Now what is happening??? The last you mentioned is that the shipment was delayed. Surly the only safety belt available cannot be on that specific ship. Why can't we fly in one or do investigation an new vehicles that is still to go to the floor from fabrication and get one there. In the meantime it is not you that suffers and have got discomfort it is me as the end-user. Where do you start to satisfy the customer not in this whole issue I have I'm getting satisfaction!!!
