After much frustration, a series of returned trips to this service centre (each time my service book was lost/misplaced), and countless emails and phone calls for which I had to constantly request a response, it now turns out that the Brake Pads that they replaced in January were not fitted with the required "anti-rattle" clips... Even this diagnosis took forever and a move to the Tokai branch. Instead of rectifying their error Multifranchise Paarden Eiland has said it never received anti-rattle clips with that shipment of brake pads and that we have to take it up with Daihatsu directly - hands washed. Really?! The car is under warrenty and I have limited choices for providers, and you will not address your error or even assist Tokai to contact Daihatsu?
I recommend in the strongest possible terms that potential customers avoid this service centre.
