I was about to give up on Suzuki, go the legal route, as my Kizashi under full service & warranty, could seemingly not be rectified. 2 service centres said similar things, wheel alignment problems. 2 tyres later & plenty cost, I presented my case to Suzuki Auto SA. Guy to deal with there is David Anders, who sent me to Gerhard Krause in Nelspruit, their service consultant. Thanks guys, the previous fellow there told me I was listening to the road, Gerhard pin pointed the problem, replacement parts fitted & annoying noise gone. At least we now know there's a competent fellow at the helm, great job. I also got a refund for my expenses, Suzuki did look after me
