I bought a silver 1.4 Polo Comfortline 2011 model from VW Soweto. Firstly the was delay with them giving me the car and they said they were struggling with programming the key. When I finally got the car I drove it for only 2 days and then the car wouldnt start, it had to be towed. They then gave me a loan car. It has been over 3weeks nows supposedly they are attending to the problem what irritates me that I have to call to request an update on the car. My worry is if it is taking more than 3weeks to fix it clearly the is something seriously wrong with the car. I then called to tell them that I am terminating my contract and they should collect their loan car. I was told that the Manager will give me a call is has been 3 days nows and no one has called. I am extremely upset that these people are not taking me seriously. I think it is breach of contract because I am paying a car that I am not driving.
