We have a faulty Mercedes car key and approached their service department either in February or March so that they can order a new one for us.
We have tried on numerous occasion to follow up and have been led to believe that the key has been ordered.
We are now at the beginning of June and we still have not received our new key.
I have even emailed the dealership principal and area manger with no response.
On our last attempt, we spoke to Marcelle Pluke (071 327 6590), the branch manager, who promised us he would get to the bottom of this by last Friday (31st of June) and once again we have been left with no feedback.
