Pathetic service by Pickfords

Pickfords collected my goods on 7 march for delivery to the UK. Whilst I understand that taking the shared container option does mean it may take slightly longer to fill the container, this however does not excuse the poorest service ever from this allegedly high profile company. Week after week myself and other customers were getting the same emails worded slightly differently to the effect "your shipment is almost on the way, we have just one more or a couple of other part shipments to collect". You are all liars. After complaining now to the PE branch I am again told they are awaiting just another load, oh and then there will maybe also be another delay due to harbour problems in PE. What rubbish, I have checked and asked many people in PE and no one knows about these alleged harbour problems. I have asked why they don't contact other areas and try fill this container. But again this seems too hard for them to do. How hard is it to maybe join forces with other removal companies to fill these containers or is it better to let your customer suffer. I do NOT want to hear feedback from the PE branch but would like to speak with someone more senior.
