The worst kind of service from Peugeot Hatfield

I've been to the dealership twice and was terribly disappointed on both occasions. I'd misplaced my lock-nut key and went in to have the lock nuts taken out and replaced on the first occasion. One of the openings where a lock nut was drilled out is too big to fit the new lock nut. My second visit was to buy brake discs for my car. I was told that they were out of stock and they couldn't order them unless I pay for them first. I went into the dealership yesterday around 12:30, bought the parts and was promised they would be available today (1 June). I made arrangements for someone to come through tomorrow to fit the parts (from about 100 km away) and was told that the parts I paid for and was promised to receive today were not in. I asked for my money back, and was told I cannot have that either. Not only am I adamant about getting my money back, I want to have the lock nut opening that was damaged fixed.
