Attitude and bad service

A month ago I took my car for oil service, I was called to be told the car is ready, never given quotation. Picked up the car, while driving, 2km away from Bosch. The car was leaking oil (heavy leak). Took it back immediately. They checked the car and closed whatever they said wasnt closed properly.4 days later, engine alert light flash on. Took the car back to them. They tried to reset it to clear the engine light. They couldnt operate the little laptop to clear the error on the car. The car had to be taken to another service garage (I think they know someone there). Which they mananged to clear it. A week later the ligjht came back on, took the car to Bosch. It was cleared and was told that the catalyc converters are faulty. I took the car to Mercedes which they gave me a report thatheres nothing wrong with catalic converters. Today I took the car in for an oil leak. The car was fixed without me being quotation. When Jonny called me saying I need to pay, I asked for what? Replacing a seal. Who did they call to say a seal is faulty. And he gave me an attitude saying that they will strip the car, break the seal so that we are even. What the is that?? I will NEVER take my car to any Borsch Service. Stinkin
