Hi To whoever this may concern I am really disgusted at the service which I received from bosch the workshop on 14th avenue Northcliff. Or lets rather say no the service but the fact that they call themselves Professionals.
I took my vehicle in to Bosch December 2012 to have the Clutch replaced and the master and slave cylinder reconditioned. they had the vehicle for 3 weeks to sort all of the above mentioned out as I was in cape town during that period. I came back to pick the vehicle up and from there everything has been going wrong.
Ive since been back to them 5 times now being my sixth still with no result to get my vehicle sorted out. and everytime its something new. I paid for a FULL recon on my master and slave cylinders and everytime the cylinders either leak or they didnt replace the piston or didnt use the correct seal etc etc. Im now at the point where i consider getting legal help in to help me resolve this as I do not have other means of transport and bosch just keeps on avoiding the problem. I would really just like my vehicle to get sorted out without having to make a fuss about it.
