I had an account with YDE and obviously ran into arrears. The lady I have been communicating with / Call Centre has been hounding me with an email, phone call and sms every month (WHICH I AM BEING CHARGED FOR BY THE WAY).
EMAILS are being sent to my WORKPLACE even though I have asked them to STOP.
I have paid them last week already with an installment and TODAY I get another EMAIL TO MY WORK asking me to pay AGAIN.
I find this manner Unprofessional! My WORK has nothing to do with my DEBT.
IF YOU WANT ME TO CONTINUE PAYING AND NOT LOOSE MY JOB, YOU BETTER STOP SENDING AND CHARGING ME FOR EMAILS, SMS'S AND PHONE CALLS.
