After many of us took there uncapped deal for R249 per month everything was working great, a couple of months ago everything started. The service is unavailable or not working and then we find out that they gave many estates free internet as a "gift" or whatever you want to call it. now our paying customers service is slow or not working at all or on off for a whole day a couple of times a week.
I work from home and loose time and money. Craig is very unprofessional when he hears you are angry he says then well cancel. after i sent him a message yesterday and emails and phone calls he has not responded to the problems
then i phone him on his cell and he keeps quiet and laughs in the background
I PAID FOR THIS TO BE INSTALLED AND PAY EVERYMONTH
That free internet should be removed as it is affecting our services we pay for! and he needs to learn how to deal with customers
