I purchased a brand new BMW F30 M-Sport model in February 2013 & as soon as I purchased it I realized that there was a paint defect on the boot lid and when I asked Gary Burrow about it via e-mail, he kept ignoring the e-mail but he could comment easily on my number plate collection. Eventually my car was sent to Autobahn ARC. When I received it back after a week, I saw that my drivers door had 2 scratches & I immediately brought it to the attention of Sergio at Auto Glen and at the same time I noticed that my number plate on the boot rattled. Sergio brought double sided tape to re-inforce it but it was not restored to the way it was. I also realized that whoever drove my car back from Autobahn ARC to Auto Glen drove it on Sport mode continuously as per the driving history graph so these guys don't care how they drive the customer's cars.
When I eventually got my car back to Autobahn BMW myself, they rectified the scratches on the car but what I realized when I washed my car was that there was now a rough patch on the skirting below the door which was not there before. Also my M-Sport key ring was by someone at Autobahn. Upon further examination, I saw other paint defects.
