My brand new tom tom was sent in to be repaired due to out of the box malfunctions. Tom tom has replaced my brand new gps with a second hand tom tom that has been repaired from a previous client. After calling the call center, the woman responded by saying that my gps was repaired and sent back. However the gps that was returned and the box of my brand new gps have two different serial numbers on them aside from the visible damage to the replacement tom tom. When she was informed of this she was confused and put the phone on hold. After the woman had consulted her supervisor, she responded saying there is nothing they can do. I have paid for abrand new tom tom and now have someones second hand one.
