WHY SHOULD A CONSUMER PAY FOR NEGLIGENCE

Purchased hyundai I10 from hyundai Umhlanga on the 11/10/12 on my way home i did call the sales representitve to notify him that the central locking system was not working 100% and also the chip marks was of a very poor standard.on th 17th/10/12 i took the car to show him my exact concerns.on the 26th i took the car to get the registration plate put on when i noticed that the car had rust forming.when i opened the bonet to check if there was any rust under the hood i noticed the alarm device just kept on the motor. i was asked to take the car to a panel shop to have this checked.i was promised management will call but no one did. after me calling on numerous occasions and not happy with the feedback i went to the dealership and spoke tho the sales manager (DEON).i did state my concerns and discipointment however i was told the had to get the car done up. i did state that as a consumer i have the right to choose if i want the car done up or not.i was told i my only option is to have the car done up. not even 3 months & the car started rusting at the same spots.i then took this matter up with the dealer principal who stated that he cannot control the climate & hyundai has a rust wrty
