I returned a car at this company 3 years ago. left the country and was unreachable... this company had my deposit in which i supplied cash and no details for them to bank it in. i got back last month... received a call from the kind management which they also noted, they have been trying to contact for the years i haven't been around to return my money.. they ask for bank details and they refunded me pronto! no charges whatsoever... as i left it, i received it.
well done... honesty and trust with money seems rare nowadays, but Vrentals management so a clear example of fine gentlemen. all the best
