After being denied service from UTi because we do not have an account with them, Iphoned back and eventually convinced them that I would pay by internet transfer for the pickup of a document from Louis Trichardt and dropoff in Pretoria.
I received a "no reply" email with the quotation but no banking details. After trying to get hold of Jenny Pretorius for two hours because her phone was engaged, I finally spoke to someone on her behalf who informed me that Jenny had gone home and would not be able to help me until tomorrow morning. I had arranged with Jenny previously via phone call that it is critical that the package would be picked up THAT day.
This type of service delivery is absolutely atrocious for one who calls themselves a courier service.
I do not recommend this company to anyone if they want their packages to arrive ever.
