I have been a Berco customer for nearly 4 years. In the beginning they were excellent - not a hassle in the world. In the last 6 months the wheels have fallen off completely. The latest is a billing error which no one in the office is able to sort out or least of all give feed-back on. A week has turned into a month and a half. The worst is the rudeness of staff. Sad but true - hopefully Jenna, Charmaine and Tyrone will heed this as a call to improve communications. Then again - maybe not all clients are important of their business is not big enough! What happened to a company that took pride in its feedback and service.
