I was happily suprised by the fantastic service I recieved from Sasha-Jade in the retail section of the World of Yamaha. It is a far drive for me to go to view their clothing range and I asked her if she could send me the catalogue. Unfortunately Yamaha don't have a catalogue available that shows what is in stock. She took down my details, took a picture of each item herself and emailed it to me with all the details I need.
Thanks to Sasha-Jade, she really went out of her way to show Yamaha still treats their customers as their priority. Well done to the Yamaha team.
