Shipment under above tracking number was shipped on 2 May already today 22 May we are still awaiting clearance invoice for payment. Apart from all this our client who this spare part is for is standing machine down since then and loosing a lot of income daily.
I cannot understand how DHL is still surviving in this industry with this poor service
