Our company vehicle, Chevrolet Utility, was sent in for the 90 000 km service on 19 April 2013. One of the service requests was to repair the air- as well. The air- filter was replaced but was still faulty. The vehicle was taken back on Monday 22 April 2013 and I was informed that the compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced. The compressor, I was told, would take roughly 4 working days to order in. Today is 21 May 2013 and the dealer is still unable to supply the spare part. This vehicle is less than a year and a half old with less than 100 000 km on the odometer and GM is unable to supply a spare part in almost a month.

We bought 3 of these models as company delivery vehicles because we thought that the back-up service would be up to standard, sadly we were mistaken. In the past month I had to phone in on more than one occasion to check on the spare part and wasn't phoned by a service consultant once. I don't expect a phone call or feedback after this complaint either. What I am sure of is that when the time comes to replace our company delivery vehicles I wouldn't consider Chevrolet/Opel or Isuzu.
