Prejudice has something to do with their attitude!

Last week I bought a voucher from Groupon to service my vehicle at budget auto clinic. On friday 31 June 2013 I phoned budget auto clinic to make an appointment, A lady who spoke to measked me all the details about my vehicle, model, year, the engine capacity etc. After speaking to her she told me that my appointment is for Wednesday 3 July 2013. I took my car in today for a major service which includes the following: Major service includes:
oFull 30-point Safety Check oOil Filter Change oEngine Oil Change (non-synthetic only) oAir Filter oSpark Plugs (non-platinum only) oFuel Filter (plastic only) oFuel Treatment oFluids Top-Up oEngine Flush oEngine Diagnostics oReset Service Indicator oFoam Hand Wash Exterior oStamp Service Book

Now some guy phones me and tells me that they will not do my plugs because I use special plugs, or I must pay extra R400 for it. and again hephones me and tell me that they need to do brakes as well. When I tell him to leave the brakes because I must pay extra as well. Now he tells me that I must come fetch my car for they are not going to do it because i don't want to pay and dropped the phone on me. I will take this further. I don't recommend th
