Golf 6 gti factory fault engine failure

I have attached e mail sent to vwsa.
had engine failure on golf 6 gti FOUR times now. coils always need replacing. been told that this is a factory fault. however will only be replaced when vehicle breaks down? do yourll know the crime stats in this country? i travel with my wife and two babies alot in this vehicle and yourll want me to breakdown with them in car and then phone vw!! i pray i will still be ALIVE by the time yr recovery vehicle gets to me!
