Mislead by there Service Department

I bought A Suzuki all went smoothly, its been a Year Already and after my 23000 kilometer service they wrote on my service book and sticker on the Door 45000 now when the car is there they say it should have come at 3800 so which means I was Miss lead on the sticker they could have put 38000 clearly I don't service vechicles so I won't know what is what. Now they say Suzuki will not pay Service., so why do they Mislead people Yes you Responsible for the service but. The decent thing to do is provide correct information, I have had other cars and never had been through this... this is very insulting.
