Very unfortunate to resort to using this platform.
On Mon 06/05/2013 16:56 I logged a complaint with the CMH group via their [Email Removed] and was informed that someone would respond to it soon. CMH management never bothered to respond.
I found a vehicle on their website. I was assured it was 'like new' so I paid the money in advance, arranged the insurance and flew up to Johannesburg from East London to collect it. In my opinion by not disclosing the actual state of the vehicle I was purposely misled by the dealer into making this purchase.
My message to the reader: Do not trust anyone, especially when they throw words around like 'Manager' and 'Executive'. Look before you buy and trust your instincts. If it's sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
