Waiting for cheq

We where very impress with Chery Kempton's sales people. With the second car we bought, their is a R 10000 that have to come back to us. We are now waiting 2 weeks for the money to get paid out and all they can do is give excuses. We where very happy with the services at Kempton but their head office's services is none excising.
